Exactly. You could pay for concierge level at the grand floridian, but that alone doesn't entitle one to enter any of the parks. One still has to buy a separate.park admission...a park admission that is the same price for all guests whether they are staying CL at the GF,.at the All Stars, or offsite.
It is the park admission, not the resort stay, that gives one the right to enter the parks and enjoy the attractions. During general operating hours, where one sleeps should have no impact on the in park experience. Disney choosing to open early/late for resort guests is entirely different, as those aren't normal operating hours and offsite guests wouldnt be able to get in anyway, because they'd be closed if not running emh. Park experience during general operating hours, though, should not be defined by where you sleep.
