We want 4 FP+ for AE and 7DMT for early November.

So we will get online 12 am. I really want it for day two of my trip. But realize I'd be better for day five. My questions...

1. can I have DH on one computer logged in to MDE trying for day two while I'm on another trying for day five?

2. Advantages booking over app or website...is one faster?

Amy other strategies for getting these hard to get passes?

Can't answer #1 except to say that if you're trying use the same MDE account to book from two sources, that sounds like a recipe for failure.

Regarding #2, website is better than the app. A&E will simply disappear from the app when full. On the website, it'll say that the experience is at capacity or some such. Besides, the app is more glitchy than the website.

My first time booking FP+ will be in Oct. All of these are very good questions.

I will be testing the multiple computer booking at that time.

When it was our ADR date, we actually had 3 computers all signed in to the same account. We booked from all 3 laptops without any problems. Had all ADR's done in 4-5 min.

Plan on trying the same thing with FP!

Not sure about Question #1 but for question 2, I would recommend using the website for sure. I've used both extensively over the past year (have helped my than 20 families book trips) and by far the website is easier to use in a case where time is of the essence.

I would recommend trying for days out 5 first! For our upcoming trip I was able to book my FP+ 5 days early (weird situation in that I was linked with a friend who is arriving 5 days earlier than my DD and I). I booked A&E for me on day 2 of our trip and then tried to copy it to my DD at midnight the day I could book her FP and it was already full.

I recommend working back from the furthest date of your trip that you can as you're more likely to get those and if you check the earlier dates first the others may be full by the time you get to them even if you're trying only minutes later.

I can actually answer question #1! My husband and I did this very thing for our fast passes. We had separate MDE accounts already from when we were planning the trip. We just made sure our accounts were linked, and that both included all members of our party before our window opened. We decided who would tackle which day, and at midnight we both booked fast passes via our own MDE accounts. It worked for us. I also has the app open on my iPad, which was good because the app refreshed for me sooner than the website.

Also, ditto to everyone who said start with the latest dates of your trip. I found that A&E booked fastest; there were still reservations for the Mine Train a bit later.

I do for sure recommend starting on your last MK day of your trip. Once you've snagged those hard-to-get FPs, then you can book the rest in whatever order you choose.

DH and I didn't bother trying to log on at the same time. We just sat there and planned it together. I started with my second (and last) MK, which is day 6 (we leave on day 7). Went for A&E first. Booked that and 7DMT and Peter Pan for DD and I, then copied those reservations to DH and DS (we got the same times for all 3 attractions, so I could have just booked all 4 of us at once, but oh well). Then I changed DH & DS's FPs for A&E to Space Mountain.

From there, I went to our first MK day...booked some of the other must-dos (BTMRR, Splash Mountain, and another 7DMT). Then I just went from there. Epcot and HS were easy-peasy. Really, I was lucky, and EVERYTHING was easy-peasy, but A&E were NOT available for our first MK day, which was three days into our trip. At least, not for a party of 4.
