FP+ availability for evenings at DAK?

So, our FP+ window opens tomorrow night at midnight and we made adjustments in our ADRs today so that we can take in some of the nighttime stuff at Animal Kingdom. Are they distributing FPs for the night safari or anything else yet for the middle/end of june?

I know they have the safari and dinosaur for the night hours FP+ available. I just did our FP's Sunday. The do not have Expedition Everest night FP opened yet and not sure why. I also heard someone say they do not have Kali River Rapids available yet either. I did not try for a Kali FP so I'm not sure.

I was able to change our morning fast pass for the safari to a 9pm one which I'm super excited about.

I guess my fears were correct that the evening FPs are already gone for Memorial Day. I tried to update my AK FPs to later times and nothing was available for Everest (no more FPs available that day), Kali (none after 3PM) and Safari (no more FPs available that day).

I tried to update them the day after park hours were extended to 11pm!

My window opened up last night. I had no problem getting the night safari. I picked 9pm as my search time. When I picked evening it started with 6:30pm time slots.

I guess my fears were correct that the evening FPs are already gone for Memorial Day. I tried to update my AK FPs to later times and nothing was available for Everest (no more FPs available that day), Kali (none after 3PM) and Safari (no more FPs available that day).

I would try again. They didn't actually load the later FP times until a couple of days ago. I just looked at Memorial Day weekend and was able to find KS after 9pm every night, Kali for later in the evening(I think around 6:30pm), and FPs for EE in the evening time.

I don't think Kali is staying open after dark but there were FP times beyond 3pm and EE still doesn't have really late times even in June. The latest I can get for EE on 6/12 is 7:30pm - not sure what's going on with that.

It seems like they are still loading later FP times and they don't have ROL/JB FPs loaded yet. So check again, and keep checking.

I was able to get the safari for 8:50-9:50pm on our arrival day, June 26. I was not able to book EE after the 7:20-8:20 slot.

I was just able to get a later Lion King FP. I had picked the latest at the time which was 5:30 a few days ago and I just checked and a 6:30 has been added.

EE hasn't come available yet and Kali hasn't been available late for my date of 6/7.

I just checked 6/7 and they weren't there. But I had heard days ago there was Kali late night for certain dates and not others. Not sure what the hold up is.

Checked one more time online as opposed to app and last one for 6/7 is 5:55.

Thanks! I checked again tonight and was able to get 7PM EE and 9:30PM Safari. I think the reason why they were both showing no times available for the day was because I was always trying to update my Kali FP first and I already had EE & KS FPs! I wish the site would display a message like "You already have FPs for this attraction" instead of "None are available but standby is" just to make it clear the real reason you aren't seeing any times.

Off topic: Disney should really consider hiring IT professionals that are annual pass holder (me, please!). MDE could be way less frustrating if there was some people behind it that knew what we are going through!

So, did my FPs last night. Didn't realize (my bad) that I couldn't book FPs in two different parks for the same day on the new update. Thought they had changed that. So I was in a bit of a quandary. You see, we're doing EPCOT in the morning of our last full day (short trip/4 days) and then hopping over to DAK for some night stuff. DAK morning the following day before flying home late in the afternoon. Definitely want to see the new Soarin', so had to book passes at EPCOT. Guess we'll just see what we can see at DAK that night. Tiffins not taking ressies yet, but will look to switch our Y&Y to that when they do. Anyway, good luck all with booking night stuff. I'll keep following to see what others experience.

I was trying to watch for the evening safari FP's to open up for our June trip so I could change some of ours and I got busy this week & didn't have a lot of time to spend on the DIS so didn't get all the updated notices for it because I didn't check in often enough. Now I wanted to look this morning and the MDE site is acting up & timing out. GRRRRRR. So mad. I'm probably SOL for it.

JUST now got in and was able to change our 6:35 Dinosaur to 9:30 Safari on June 5th!!!! WOOOOOT!! WHEW!!!

We got a 8:55-9:55 Safari. I have read people were disappointed because they couldn't see the animals very well but we are going to try it anyway.
