Fox News at WDW Resorts?

Thanks, Disney! I'll be glad I can watch Fox News after a long day (and night) of parkstorming! Disney resort channel selections left much to be desired, imo. Universal Orlando resorts have carried FNC for years.

Oh, regardless of what your favorite news channel is: if you're in Disney World, turn off the TV and go to the parks

When you are there 3weeks at a time 2X a year in Oct and March(for over 10 years in a row), there is only so much parks you can do and when the parks close early or you once in awhile need to watch TV and rest!:thumbsup2

i'd suggest you try reading tea leaves and watching cartoon network...

...it is actually more effective.

Boy, I am glad there is the History channel now.

Lets see did I change the subject??? Although I am truly glad they have the History channel.

I am not sorry I am trying to Hijack this thread and change the subject. It is a loosing battle for both sides even beyond the confinds of this thread.

Hey, it just tells me that the internal cable system at WDW is getting a much needed update. It was kind of useless having all those wide-screen TVs without any signal that could take advantage of it...of course, last time I was there someone set the screen to stretch mode to fill the screen, distorting all the programs - and the don't have the remotes programmed to access the menus to fix it.

Im a frequent flyer to the world and when i go, i go to get away from the BS that is social media.... They are all corrupt any ways.... But otherwise funny thread:rotfl2:

While at home, Fox News is normally on in the morning, afternoon, and night. At WDW, I couldn't care any less......I'm enjoying the parks and resorts with my family! While vacationing, where I get my news takes a backseat for a week or two, although I am happy the channel is being added.

I've hired a lunatic to stand outside my window and scream. It's pretty much the same thing.

I don't bring the lunatic to WDW, though.

That's good! If you did, the NY Timez would never get delivered. On second thought, he is already there in the form of MSNBC.

I love Fox news but sure the heck am not going to spend my vacation
watching the darn TV. I could stay home and watch TV.come on people get real.:happytv::happytv::happytv::happytv:

Do people seriously watch the news at Disney parks? I mean there is so much else to do! Swim! Sleep! But watch the news? Blah! You can do that back at home.

Now, if we could just get some baseball......................

far as I can tell we still have gotten nothing....at least there is nothing new :goodvibeshere at SSR....same old $%^#* as before....

I stayed at the Beach Club, super bowl weekend and was looking forward to the new channels that I had heard about.

No new channels at the Beach Club Villas! Maybe they didn't get there yet.

While I too do not like to watch news while at Disney, I welcome some other channels such as hgtv, food network or bravo as a choice. Bring on the variety.

This thread has gotten to 4 pages and has dragged on for nearly 2 months, seriously. If you don't like the channel then don't watch it. Seems pretty simple to me.
