Four hours ago it was 60 degrees outside and now it's snowing!!!

I give up. I thought winter was over. The weatherman is predicting up to six inches of snow in the next 24 hours. There's already a thin layer of snow on our deck.

I can't wait to try walking with crutches in snow. Eek!!!

Uh oh. With your cast on, DW will have to shovel. When I had my neck surgery, DW had to shovel most of the winter. She wasn't happy.

I wish it would snow at my house. I would love to take my daughter outside to build a snowman then to come inside the house to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate. Would you send some snow to me in Hawaii

Yep parts of NE Ohio are under a winter storm warning or winter weather advisory.
Right now its sticking to the ground and trees but the streets and sidewalks are still clear.
I actually think it kinda looks pretty.

It could be worse though...this time of year we could be dealing with tornado warnings instead of winter storm warnings

Jeff - I can't let DW shovel snow. She re-injured her back a week ago Saturday. She has a herniated disc that needs to heal. I guess I'll have to send my teenage son and daughter out to clear the driveway before we head out to church.

I woke up to between 2 and 3 inches of fresh snow on our deck (and driveway). Today they are predicting 2 to 4 more inches of lake effect snow. We're far enough from Lake Erie that we don't usually get the lake effect snow.

Enough is enough!!!

Hopefully it won't last long John. The robins around here sure looked confused but I'm happy to say that we escaped that nasty snow this morning but it sure is cold out there!

There are many things I miss about living in the Akron area. I'm not sure late snow falls is one of them!
