Found old Park Hoppers

I was down in the basement this afternoon looking for some paperwork for my DM and guess what I found? Two 4 Day Park Hoppers from 1995. I think there are two days left on them. Is there any way I can confirm this? By the way they were only $152.00 a piece!!

The only way you can tell is at Guest Services at one of the on-site theme parks, that is what I have always been told.

Same here we had to get them checked in Disney. We did it at check in..

My brother in law got them to tell him over the phone. The insisted that he had to bring them with him to a park but he said "i'm not driving 1000 miles down there just tofind out they don't have any days left. They finally let him fax a photocopy of the tickets to them, and they used the serial number to tell him how many days were left.

Typically Disney...they CAN do things, but say they CAN"T until you are persistent.

Great find! I found several passes from the late 80's and early 90's when I was cleaning things out one day. It's like finding money!

I can do you one better.

My folks found old ride tickets for Disney. We took them to guest services and they exchanged them for "front of the line" passes for each of the rides or "zones" that they corresponded to. Fun day in the park, we fealt like royalty. This was back in 99-2000 so those tickets had to be 20+ years old.

that's pretty cool...did they let your folks KEEP the old ride tickets? those are worth framing if they are that old, you know?

I dont know? That would be a cool idea, thanks. I'll have to ask them. My bet is that they turned them in in exchange for the front of lines.

This is pretty funny....my bf's Mom gave us some OLD OLD OLD free parking passes for Epcot and the Magic Kingdom the other day Really funny thing is, they're complimentary and Disney allows you to keep them to use again...so we get free parking now

I'd like to ask a variation on the old ParkHopper tickets question.

My mother has given me a couple old 4 day Park Hopper passes, which she believes have 1 or two days left, she also has two unused single day/single park passes, from 1997. To add complexity to the question, when she bought these she was a Florida resident (do Florida residents get discounts?). I am not a Florida resident. Will I be able to use either the ParkHoppers or the single day tickets?

You will be able to use the leftover days from the 4 day PH with no problem at all. Have Guest Services at your resort scan them to verify what remains unused on them.

The one day tickets need to be looked at closely. Many of them had expiration dates. Look on the back of yours. If it has an expiration date printed there, you are out of luck. If it doesn't, the ticket would still be good.

Florida residents do not get discounts on PH's or single day tickets.

Now imagine them doing that for 1,000 people everyday who all want to be the exception to the rule. Then you will have an understanding of why they don't do it over the phone.

We have two + features on each of our old PHP passes from a few years ago, but DD had misplaced hers While looking for something completely unrelated, I found her pass (and room cardkey) in a drawer, YIPPPEEE! We're getting AP's for our next trip, and plan on using those + features to get into the water parks!

Wow. This reminds me that I found old 3 day passports from 1984 and 1988 with one day remaining on each. The only parks at the time were MK and EPCOT. I have not used them yet but will in the future. It is great that these things never expire.

Hello,

Are you talking about the 70's or 80's A, B, C tickets? Back when you needed a ticket to ride a ride. My folks still have some of these tickets too. Just wondering, did you searched around any auction antique websites to see if they were worth anything?

Just curious if they are worth anything.
