found new Disney cookies..

Yesterday when I was at Walgreens picking up my perscriptions DD and I spotted a bunch of packages of Disney cookies. There was two kinds plan shortbread with chocolate chips with Goofy on the package, and shortbread with chocolate with Mickey on the package. The cookies are in the shape of Mickey's head. The chocolate ones is only chocolate on the ears portion.

They are called Disney Mouseketeers, and they were only $1 a package. Not bad tasting we like them. Not the same as the shortbread cookies sold at the parks but still pretty good.

Saw some similar ones at Kerr Drugs last week. The Mickey ones were graham crackers (no chocolate on the ears). The others were shortbread Tiggers.

I bought three bags of them!! We opened them the other night. The kids liked them but I wasn't crazy about them. I'm used to something a little sweeter tasting. These seem like they are more healthy than some cookies.

The package says:
Made with whole grains
Cholesterol Free
Good Source of Calcium
No Preservatives

Maybe I will buy some more and save them for the cookie exchange which is supposed to start in the next day or two.

I got some that sound exactly like that late last fall at Dollar Tree. The ears are chocolate, and the face is just shortbread. They were pretty good, and ds was so excited as our trip had just ended so anything mickey was the coolest thing in the world to him.

I will have to keep a look out for those, DS would love ANYTHING in the shape of Mickey. If only they could discover how to grow broccoli in that form.
