FOTL Change... Who do I call and scream at?????

Does anyone know who I should call to express my displeasure with the abruptly made changes to the FOTL policies.

We are paying a lot of money($217.00/night) to stay on site, when we could be paying $69 to stay just offsite and then buy the daily FOTL tickets.

I think this is going to be the hot topic on these boards for a while. Maybe if Universal realizes how many people are upset with this new policy they will reverse their decision. And hopefully it will happen before we get there in a couple of days.

Did you have a problem on a recent visit? Friends of ours just got back from HRH and said it was a dream. No waits for any ride - they rode over and over. Said they loved it and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
