Forms for Spreadsheet?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a site that has a form for a spreadsheet or a form to listing your Disney schedule with ADR's, FP, shows, parades, snacks, etc.? I've seen people mentioning making spreadsheets, but can't find a thread that also provides the format.

I make my own in Excel - it's not very hard and you can make it however you want. Otherwise, I'm sure you can find something via a google search.

We just created a simple two column sheet for each day. First column is time and second is event. So it looks like:

Time Event
6:30 am - Bus to Magic Kingdom
8:10 am - ADR: BOG
9:00 am - Magic Kingdom Officially Open
9:15 am - FP: Pirates
9:55 am - FP: Space Mountain
...
10:00pm - Magic Kingdom Close


etc... Just silly examples, but you get the idea. It's simple, the times run down the left side, and the "event" is on the right.

I made my own as well. I have my times on the left and the dates across the top. It's really simple and was easy to do. Good luck!
