What I find so interesting is that I have seen Whoopie on Hannity's show a couple of times, and he treats her with complete respect. He calls her a friend and they discuss issues that they agree and disagree on. When he disagrees with her opinion, he says, "You know that I love you and respect your opinion, but I just think that you're dead wrong on this because..." He doesn't roll his eyes or tell her that she's ridiculous or ridicule or condescend to her in any way. I don't get why she puts on an air of civility for Hannity, who I consider much further to the right than Glenn, but then is a complete *** to a guest on her show because she doesn't like his view. It's not The View, it's "Our View, and if you don't agree with us then prepare to be attacked."

I know. Glenn was kind of scared to go on there, can't blame him. I think he knew what was coming.
Those three are nothing but shrill shrieking harpies. I shudder just thinking about them. They're like banshees, only shriller, louder, and more annoying.

I have been slow cooking a brisket all day. Usually, we fix it outside in the smoker; this is the first time I have tried cooking inside. I am really going to be upset, if I misjudged the temp and/or time.

I didn't see the show. I did hear Glenn yesterday talking something about how Barbara and Whoopi were saving seats on a train and you're not supposed to do that.

Was that what all the hullaballoo was about?

Regarding the View, I like Elisabeth, I'm ok with Whoopi, Barbara can get on my nerves because she can come across as very condescending, and I can't stand Joy Behar!

Went light on the BBQ sauce. It was really good, imo. Had fresh corn on the cob and coleslaw: a nice meal and not much trouble.

I'll take some, hold the slaw, please.

I like eyes too. I'm a blue eyed girl. I like nice clean cut hair, with the exception of a faux hawk. They're like a mini-mohawk. I think those are cute. In fact sometimes I put my hair into one.
