Forgot vouchers

i have no idea what forum to post in.....

We left our mini golf and wide world of sports vouchers at home - ugh. Do you think they would residue them to us at the concierge desk at our hotel?

They need to go to the front desk or concierge. When you call, even from the in room phone, you get the call center. The call center will answer as though they are the hotel but the only way you can talk to hotel staff is to go to the front desk.

I know that, but I figured maybe they could at least answer the question or better direct their call.

The call center CMs are notorious for having misinformation. They will also not redirect a call to the hotel except for very extraordinary reasons. This isn't one.

The fastest way to work on this is to go to concierge. If its possible, and I'm confident this is far from the first time this has happened, they would be the ones who could fix it.

I read a post the other day where, after talking the hotel staff, they were able to get the vouchers reissued. They also left them at home. I think they were overnighted to their room. So, I would just go to the concierge desk and ask. Hopefully, you'll have the same experience.

Ok, so why not relay that to the OP instead of arguing with me over which answer is more accurate or quickest? I gave my best advice and apologized to OP for not being more helpful, but since no one had answered them yet I thought my 2 cents was better than nothing and was an accurate and helpful response.
