Forgot to bank

I also had this happen to me. I had been borrowing for so many years after we took a cruise that I didn't realize I had points. Then I had a 2nd set of twins and got very behind on keeping up with things. I didn't really know how the new banking worked since I never used it. Anyway they banked my points for me. Let us know if what happens.

A second set of twins One set was enough for me!

OP here...just wanted to let you know I followed the advice to call and see if they would bank for me. THEY DID! I got the "one time only in the life of the membership" speech and I was effusive in my thanks.

Thanks for the advice on here...I really was giving up and I was afraid to tell me DH! LOL!

I am going to put my banking deadline on my calendar as suggested.
Now I can book our big family trip! YAY!

Congrats! Glad to hear it. Oddly enough though, I gave the sob story this Feb (banking deadline was Jan 31) and wasn't given the 1 time only speech. Maybe I will get a second one!!! JK.

That is great news. I think I better take some advice and go ahead and put my deadline on the calendar each year too. Life gets so hectic sometimes, I am sure that if I don't I'll forget sometime in the future.

I usually set my calendar reminder for a month before the deadline date and again a week before the deadline date.
