For those that love and miss Alfredo's

Hi,

I know people either loved or hated Alfredo's in Epcot's World Showcase. I personally loved it and will always miss it. I am trying to recreate one of my favorite things from there...the anitpasta platter. It was full of cheeses, meats, grapes and olives. Does anyone know the exact kinds of meats and cheeses? I know someone here can help.
