I make them for clients, so there are lots of them. Here's a few! Good luck!

OMG! those covers were sooo pretty.:lovestruc I mean that is the only word to describe them and most certainly what I was looking for for some inspiration for my kids autograph books. Now, do you pull the entire book out to have the characters sign their page or do you have a card or a presized piece of paper for them to actually sign on?

Here are mine:
DD's

and DS's

I added lettering to DS's last night. It says his name on it. I think it turned out pretty good and they were super simple to do.

Thanks! I give them to the people to do what they want, but my girls carried the books with us. Since they are personalized, it was something extra for the characters to talk about as they signed.

I actually used an artist sketch book that I found at M's and altered it. The nice thing is that the pages are perforated. This way I can take them out and scrap them in a larger scrapbook. Then I don't have to worry about who's autographs we get or don't get.

Just remember to keep it in a ziplock bag at all times. You wouldn't want it to get wet.

cute books, do you know if the sketch book pages are acid free?? Just wondering need different ideas for next year. We have made some but just small ones.

The ones I use are acid free. The Strathmore 400 series 6"x8" is $3.99, but I always use a coupon or catch them on sale.

There are other sizes and prices - just look in the artist supplies aisle.

Wow these are awesome. So do you guys scrap the inside pages also?

Or just front and back covers.

And they just spiral bound note books?

Yep - they are just spiral bound notebooks. You could definitely scrap the inside if you wanted to. I don't - the purpose of mine is that the kids get extra interaction with the characters, which usually surprises them. If their parents want to add to them, they can! When we get to go again, I might do more on my girls' books, but I do the big scrapbooks of our Disney trips, so I doubt I would.

For mine, I did the front cover only.

The Woody/Bullseye book is an artist sketch book that has been altered. The Tink book is made up of cardstock, black mat board, and a squeeze-shut binding. I used the sketch book as my template (thank God for Crop-o-diles!!!).

I do have the kid's names on the books and our phone number in case they do get misplaced. Our books are only 4x6 and I take the pages out when we get home and scrap them beside the corresponding photos.

Hmm awesome. Im a scrapper but never thought to scrap these. I have no children and Im going with family in December and making these for our nieces. I would love to do these. I think it would be cute to even stamp each page or something. I think Ill have a chat with my stampin' up girl! LoL.

OoO maybe I can make a chipboard album.. That would be awesome! ok Im babbling! LoL

bump BUMP bump... anyone recently scrap their childrens autograph books and have some pics to share?
