Was wondering if the golf cart has to have brake lights and also do they have loading ramps to get the cart out of the back of the truck or do we need to bring ours, Also, do they charge a fee for bring it in ? Thanks. I called the front desk and asked but we had alittle bit of a language gap.

Yes, they want you cart to have all the safety equipment that is supplied on a FW cart. Additionally, even though it is yor cart you agree to follow all rental cart rules.

No, they do not have ramps. I have seen some folks back up to berms to unload, but I have also seen cars get stuck when they drove off the road.

No, they don't

Never had brake lights on any of the carts we rented. Tail lights, yes, brake lights, no. We will bring our own cart this trip.

Every FW cart I saw last month had brake lights.

Every one I have ever seen has had them.

All the carts do have brake lights but so few people ever actually use the brakes except to park. In fact to see the way most people drive them you would not think there was an accelerator pedal either just and on off switch.

My dh added brake lights to our golf cart, if you have one and want to do it, there's not much to it , it's pretty easy. Better to be safe than sorry.

My dh added brake lights and turn signals to our cart. It wasn't difficult to do. You can buy the parts online. I don't know if they are required but since you will be driving at night and it is very dark I feel safer having them
