Sellers picking up dues is another incentive for sellers to offer stripped contracts. I didn’t do it intentionally as I kind of suddenly decided to sell my contract when I saw the great March VGF incentives right as we used our annual points for a trip that month. However glad it worked out as it did! However we did share the buyers closing costs.
