For those of you that fly AirTran out of BUF

We always fly with airtran. I just got an email from them for sales in our travel dates. Their non-stop flight times suck! Do they add new flights usually? Last year we booked as soon as the sale came out & then I checked a few months later & they had added another non-stop that wasn't there when I booked. My dad hates flying so they refuse to do a connection so our only option for a direct right now is arriving there at 7 pm.

We have a $300 credit with them right now so we should fly with them to get our money worth & we have until Sept to use it or it expires.

I have no idea if they add flights, but I do know that when we booked a non stop last year they changed the times over and over again. We ended up arriving by 9pm, and we were okay with that. Better than 3am flights or something.

We will pretty well do whatever time non stops are because connection flights are far worse imo.

Last year they only changed our flight by 45 mins which wasn't a big deal, usually we haven't had much changes with them. My dad hates taking off & landing which is why he won't do a connection. We've done them before & never cared much but travelling with my parents is another story so I have to pick their direct flights no matter what.

I know I checked for my flight a little while ago and they had 2 flights that were red-eye out of SEA. I checked again on Sunday and they both have disappeared.

I hope they get added again. I like arriving at MCO early in the day.

Check Jet Blue or Southwest - both have non stops out of Buffalo- use Air Trans for just one way to use up your credit?? We've used all three- Jet Blue is the favourite for assigned seat and tvs- Southwest is good for amount and times of the non stop flights.

I am flying AirTran out of Buffalo tomorrow and I thought the flight times were great. Are you only looking at Saturdays and Sundays?? We fly at 1:30pm so in by 4 and fly home at10:30 am. There have been no changes and in fact there are still seats free for our flight.

Those are the usual times, but that flight is not listed for Sept. We flew 1:18 pm out of BUF on a Sat last year & home at 9 am, worked out great, but right now their only flight down that is direct on Sept 18 is 3:30 & arrive at 7:23 pm. Their flight home is fine, it's just the flight down.
