There is a great 50 point BWV at the TSS, wish I could buy it today but I can't so thought I'd help out those people asking me how to find a small contract.

The problem with those small conatracts is that closing costs push the total purchase price above what you would pay Disney direct.

Add to that this contract has no points until 10/06 -- 17 months away. It may be a hard sell. But you never know how motivated the seller is or what Disney might let go past ROFR. So a carefully thoguth through offer could give someone a nice little contract.
