For those in DC area with kids...

Are you going to be taking the kids Trick-or-Treating on Halloween if this guy/guys isn't caught? A friend who is out there is going to come back here for a long weekend to visit her parents so the kids can go trick-or-treating too. Are you all concerned about it at all? Going to still go?

We have been talking about this in our neighborhood. I think we are all going to get together and each make a dish, bring candy, etc., and have a party at either my house or one other neigbors house. We are all guessing that the county might "cancel" Halloween anyway. Time will tell..... hopefully they will catch the sniper by then.
