Well, religious conviction can lead to some heated conversations. A Kindle is an electronic book. It can hold 1000's of books. We didn't have a digital camera until like last year, when I broke down and bought one. I am usually slow to get on the electronic band wagon. The only reason I got a cell phone to begin with was because the computer was hooked to the phone and someone was always online. Yeah tell Joe you need an expensive IPOD and fill it with Disturbed and Ozzie.

I got a Kindle for my birthday and just love it! My only problem is that it's almost too easy to buy books and I find myself spending more money than I did before on books

Awwww poor SB. Glad the fever is gone though. I've heard of Roseola before. Not sure why but I have. I think one of my friend's girls had it or something. Hope that rash goes away soon for SB.

I'm doing okay. Really don't want to be at work this morning. It's still really quiet and slow since my Dad and Uncle are not here. They're coming back into town this afternoon so they'll be here tomorrow. Chris is okay. He's at the ER again this morning for a follow up on his foot. He's just waiting right now. He said he hates hospitals LOL. Thanks for the compliment I wish I was that thin again. As I'm sure Chris does too.

I had never heard of this down in FL before but I have seen pictures from the one they do at the Grand Ol' Opry Resort in TN and it looks very cool (no pun intended )

I think Chris and I will do this on our down day on our trip. It's not expensive and looks neat.

I have heard the Ice exhibit is awesome! They were talking about it on the Dis Unplugged.

My brother had to go to a conference last year in Orlando and stayed at the Gaylord Palms. He said is was amazing! I would love to just go and explore it sometime.

Yeah, it's almost too easy. Regardless of where you are, the Kindle is always connected to Amazon and a purchase is just a click away. I will say it's nice if you are on a road trip and finish your book, just buy onother one then I didn't know any other's existed when I got mine. I saw it on Oprah and thought it looked cool, that was really the first I had heard of it.

Yeah I'd take that as a good sign too.

I want to also but we're just not sure. I had $600 in Southwest Airfare that had to be used by Dec 17th but I sold it to a friend of mine who is taking her girls to Disney in September. That at least took the pressure off of having to go by a certain time. We still are not ruling it out for December because we can just purchase our airfare again if we want to go. I hate the economy

You guys....I'm beside myself with excitement right now! I just found out that the Miami Dolphins (my FAVORITE Pro Football team) will be playing the Atlanta Falcons AT the GA Dome the day before my birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Sept. 13th) I'm SOSOSOSOSOOOOOOOO going to that game!!!! I haven't seen my boys play live and in person since the year before Marino retired (I think that was '98 or '99. I'm SO freakin' excited!!! And last season the Dolphins had such a good season so I'm really hoping that this year is even better. I may even go and see them play on December 20th in TN if they are having a good season (that's the last regular season game). God I can't wait!!!

Oh yes I love the Steelers as well by default. My Dad is from PA as you know. They are an excellent team for sure. Zach Thomas actually plays for the Kansas City Chiefs now.
