It's pretty good. We warm up, run, do cardio, do weights, do core work and then stretch into the cool down. One day a week they add kick-boxing (OMG that is tiring!!)
What's really funny is that the 2 teachers are like 8 months pregnant and they are in such good shape. They're running and doing all the jumping and such and I'm exhausted just doing the modified steps...
I bet their delivery's will go like a breeze too. I admire a pregnant woman being able to go all out like that. When I was pregnant I felt so awkward that I couldn't have done it at all.
