I got ya. Yeah, it's hard when we are all in different parts of the states to compare prices. I think our last trip I paid around 200 round trip. I checked out how much it would cost if I were flying in January and it would be a total of around 600 for 3 round trip tix...not too bad I guess. I also like the fact that you can get a credit if the fare goes lower.

BTW...I didn't know you were coming to PA for Thanksgiving!



I would kill to get 59 each way! Very true...I need to utilize the boards, if anyone knows a deal, it's a Diser!

Have you checked into airports outside of Pittsburgh? PIT seems to have ridiculously high prices. Could you possibly fly out of Cleveland or BWI? D.C. area airports definitely have lower prices. And they're not terribly far for us.

Here's your weekly dose of pictures.

So anyway, after checking out the hotels, we went over to Downtown Disney. Sunday nights in June are crazy. And I haven't walked through here since they closed Pleasure Island. I was sad.

Remember these?

The first lot we came to was full, so we parked in front of the new T Rex restaurant. We never did get to see the inside.

Then we went over here

We got the kids something to eat in McDonald's, which was crazy busy. It was really bad. We must have waited in line for 25 minutes just to get them chicken nuggets and fries. I got the only thing I can stomach in McDonald's...water.

Then we browsed in some of the shops and walked around looking at the scenery.

We watched a magician for a little while.

And we watched some kind of a dance show. I don't have any pictures of that. It was cute, but doesn't make up for the loss of Pleasure Island.

So I have bad news. I'm going to the gyno sooner than I thought. Something happened that made me worried so they are fitting me in this afternoon. Just say a little prayer if y'all can.

Wow, I think that I like the one here in California better. It is more intimate.

So, tomorrow we are going to go to Lake Tahoe. The last time I went up there it was Stephanie and I. We went up to see Richard Simmons like 2 months before I ended up in the hospital.

Thanks Michele. I am so happy to have this nice laptop, it's an Acer Aspire Timeline, 3 Gig and I don't know what else but it has a built in web came, mic and speakers and has the extended keyboard with the numbers pad on the right. I love it.

I just had a check up today and my doctor and I read the same books and she said the same thing, she said she's not gotten fifteen yet as she's tired of t hem after reading so many.

How exciting. I have been kind of looking at the Acer for our next laptop. Let me know how you like it.

So the dr's appointment went okay yesterday. He said that the pain is normal--it can last up to 2 weeks with hemorrhagic cysts. Unfortunately the nurse at my dr's office didn't fax my gyno the CT scan results in time for my appointment and they tried calling and only got voicemail so no luck there. So they had to just go by what I told them.

I forgot to mention the good news...

FINALLY booked Disney! Sept 12-19 at WL (standard view) with park hoppers + water park fun 'n more option and the dining plan!!

Now let's just hope we don't have to cancel for any reason!

Yeah it really is. Every airport is different. I hope you get a good deal. $600 for 3 ppl doesn't sound bad at all.

Yup, I haven't been up there since summer of '05 (I think that's when I was up there) so a bit too long. I'll only be there from thanksgiving day until November 28th then I"ll be flying down to Orlando for vacation

yeah I'm hoping I can at least get a copy of the results myself. I'd like to have them for reference. Plus the radiologist wasn't able to 'elaborate' with the stat results b/c he needed to further examine the scans.

Yeah, I'm TOTALLY thrilled about Wilderness Lodge! Part of me feels a little guilty about spending the extra money, but my main reasons for doing it is for the atmosphere, buses (shorter lines & something to stand under if it rains) and having the really nice pool & a hot tub! (oh and I do believe we get a double sink as well) I hope it's worth it!
