So for fun, I went onto Southwest's site to check how far out you can book flights...they are up to Jan 8, 2010!!! I had no idea they booked that far out! It won't be too long until Feb 13th is available

Geez, this weather is nuts! It's been cool here too, especially for June/July. My Mom has barely been able to use her pool. I did drive up one day and I rode in a boat My Mom and SB got in but I was too chicken That is nice about the IL's pool...I hope it warms up enough for you to enjoy it.

Yeah, I'm sure the Harry Potter crowd will be nuts. I used to enjoy going with all the confusion but I guess I'm getting old and people annoy me now

That totally stinks that it's been too cool for your Mom to enjoy her pool too. about riding around in a boat in the pool. Sounds quite relaxing though. Does your Mom have a screened in porch? For some reason I'm picturing it in my head that way.

She does have a big back porch/deck but it's not screened in. Isn't it funny how things automatically get pictured in your head!

I think I'm going to just keep an eye on prices. My prob is I never know when the low is good enough to make the buy, ya know? What do you think is a good price for round trip flight?

Oh okay. LOL yeah it really is funny. I have no idea why I was picturing it as screened in.

Yeah I never know how low is low enough. I usually end up buying at the $250 - $300 range per person round trip. That's the lowest I've ever been able to get it for myself really. And that's what I'm expecting to pay to go to PA for thanksgiving too. My Dad always waits until the last minute to buy his tickets. Like month before kind of thing. He says he gets good deals that way.

well, that really all depends on what area you are flying from (and to, but I know in this case it's Orlando) -- in my case I've seen them go as low as $59 each way, but I've seen others from some northern states celebrate a $99 flight to Orlando. So it all depends on location. You could probably peruse the boards and find out what people flying out of your area are paying to fly to Orlando. Or if you can't find anything, start a new thread about it. Good luck!
