Wow you sure have been busy. I'm glad you got it all done. About the pennies for the penny press, the older ones are actually better than the newer ones. So use the oldest ones first, ones before 1979 seem to work best but they all do work, just the older ones seem to come out clearer.
One more day of work now girl, it's Thursday! Awesome for you!:cool1:

yep after today, ONE more day!

Yeah, I knew about the old pennies. It's just too hard to find them so we like to use shiny ones instead. Oh well.

I have not heard one thing about any changes they made (if any). That would be neat if they did change the cars. Not that the old ones were bad. I guess it will take you riding it to find out. Text me while you are riding it or after you ride it and let me know what you saw. I'm anxious to hear about it.

I'll let you know in just 3 DAYS! (We'll be at MK on Sunday at some point)

You know ... I was going to ask you which was better Rock Band or Guitar Hero. I'm thinking one or the other for Christmas.

Could be sciatica (spelling?). If it is, I feel your pain, girl.:sad2: Does it travel towards your back? I can't remember if mine traveled up or down when I had it. :confused3

I haven't had a pedicure in so long...lucky duck.

Ok you have way too many bras...or I have way to little :lmao:

Ooooh if you ever go ... get the Gumbo :thumbsup2

Wow great minds...

You are right, Carla's pain could be sciatica. I have that a lot, mine acts on a semi regular basis. It starts in the lower back towards your hip and the pain runs straight down your leg from there. I hope its not your sciatica Carla, tht's s painful!:sad2:

Carla, when I had pain like that I had to different exercises that the physical therapist taught me. Maybe you can see the physical therapist. I need to get on here more often I didn't realize that you maybe pregnant. I am praying for you.

Hi Michele!!! How have you been?

I didn't realize Carla thought she was pregnant either. We'll be praying for yu as well and if you think you are, no drinking for you girl:drinking1

Hey, I saw the Ronnie James Dio version of Black Sabbath last year. They're all pushing 70 and they were great. Didn't need walkers to get them around on stage or anything!:thumbsup2

I saw you talking about sciatica, and that was my first thought when I read this. Lucky me, I developed that early on in my first pregnancy and it has never left. But for me it hurts more in my butt cheek than anywhere else. At any rate, I'm thinking good thoughts for you.

Did you see that episode of Friends where Ross got one of those spray on tans? Don't forget to turn when you're supposed to!:lmao:

I love the old groups and old singers and they've still got it!

Was all set to say how glad I am that your legs quit hurting then read your next post. I am sorry that you are having problems, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer that it gets better.

Thanks Karen. I appreciate it

:woohoo::woohoo: Alrighty!

Yeah that's what I was thinking it is. I guess only time will tell. The pain is a lot less today than it has been since Saturday.

I just read the full terms and conditions of the Disney online-check in process....

I'll leave out the boring stuff...and highlight THIS:

Neither I nor any member of my party occupying any resort accommodation have/has any intention of making, and will never make, this resort accommodation a legal domicile or principal dwelling. My/our legal domicile is and shall forever be outside the Walt Disney World Resort.

Anyone find this just the least bit HILARIOUS?? I mean do they legally have to put that in there? If I was going to live anywhere at WDW, it would be Cinderella's castle. ;)

OMG!! That's waaaaaay too funny!!

Wonder how many people check in and then say, nope, I'm never leaving!:lmao:

:lmao::lmao: now that is just flippin hilarious!!

So did you find any benefits to checking in online or are you still just going to do it when you get to the resort?

glad you both found it entertaining!

I don't believe I've ever signed anything with those words on it when checking in through the normal process...so I'm thinking I'll stick with the normal check-in. That way I can live at WDW. :rotfl2:

well, in all seriousness, I found a thread about it but there aren't many commenters yet. I've seen a couple people say that they got their exact requests. So, it makes me wonder whether there will be a lot of people using the service, and maybe others will request a closer room and king bed and therefore be "ahead of me" for their request. KWIM? So I'm debating on it. Although it's too late to submit any online "reservation requests" and I only requested a King bed over the phone, not a close room...so I wonder if I shouldn't. What would you do?

:lmao::lmao: I like your plan!

Seriously though, I would wait until I got there to check in if you want to request a closer room. I really dunno though. All the online stuff is still so foreign to me when it comes to Disney. I'm so used to all of their online stuff sucking. kwim?

I think I will. Considering that I didn't pay for a "preferred room" and they might not put anyone doing online check in into those rooms if they didn't pay for it. Whereas I've gotten "upgraded" (as have you) in the past.

And besides, the 10 day mark has passed, so I would think the majority of people who were going to do online check-in have already done so. I could be way off, though.

Thanks for the link Cheri.

I'm headed out the door now to go to Costco for work and then home. Hope everyone has a great evening! :grouphug:

:woohoo: I got my bangs trimmed at lunch for free (my salon doesn't charge for that), then went to Walmart's nail salon, Regal Nails, for a pedicure (french tip) and got talked into a french manicure too. I was SUPER glad I did it, because my nails (REAL nails) look BEAUTIFUL! I am really impressed with their work. It was $41 (plus tip). I had never before been to Regal Nails! But I will most certainly return.

My feet and hands are now perfectly presentable for Mickey. :rotfl:

:rotfl:

Hmm....I wonder if the Jonas brothers will still be singing when Abby is your age...

:lmao:
Let's hope not.

Guess that kills our dreams of living on property.:lmao:

you should get a manicure!

I am glad my nails were relatively long. (well, they were pretty long til 2 of them BROKE on me this week! :headache:) She cut the rest of my nails shorter, not quite as short as the broken ones, but once the french manicure is complete you can't really tell unless I put my hands together--then you can see that the right index fingernail is slightly shorter. She did the white part as thick as the left side so you can't tell unless I put them right next to each other. :thumbsup2

My plan is to do the on-line check in ... also prepare a print out of the hotel so I know room numbers ahead of time...then when I pick up my packet if I don't like the room assignment, I'll go in line and request a different room. That way I get the best of both worlds -- I'll have a (hopefully) good room assigned in advance...but if not, then I'll work with a CM to find one.
