? for circle journal people

I was noticing the sigs for circle journal people and was wondering if you need special software to write in a circle around the images.

Well mine is the dumb looking oval one. I just used the WordArt feature in MS Office to do it. I was still fooling around with it - not ready for PrimeTime so to speak - when everyone started adding it to their signatures...so I left it as it was.

I used word art in MS Publisher for the one that is used in out circle journal...\
Publicher allowed me to export it at a jpeg (word did not).
