I have to say that I wish CRO would just pass me on to DME (Mears) automatically!!! They have messed my reservations up three times now. They say the computer can't do what I need....I arrive on Monday, dd and dh arrive on Tuesday. They 'say' that this can't be done. Then, I have had two CMs at CRO put me on hold, come back and tell me that they have called DME directly, and gotten 'walked through' the proceedure. Only to find out that no, it still isn't correct. Now, I have talked to DME myself and they laughed at me when I told them what CRO CMs had told me. Said to wait and see what my packet says and if there's an issue, call them back directly. But since they don't get the reservation until closer to the actual dates, there is nothing they can do at the moment. I'm waiting to see what my info packet says when it comes in the next 10, or so, days. Then, I'll most likely be on the phone to DME directly.
