thank you!!! i had to update my singnature. :thumbsup2 i want to get my tickers up there for next year. (i only have one now) but i tried talking to tammy and she said, "can we finish this trip before thinking about next year trips:lmao:"?

10 from N.E. PA??? You must have a lead foot!

No magic from PA, Sharon is correct, a 10 hr day limit on my driving time. It still takes us 20 hrs because of the many, many stops. One decent meal, stretch & potty, our dd gets car sick so we have to straighten out the corners, watch speed and sway....

We did find a great help with Sept 11 drive and dd using the sticky round med behind her ear for three days. That helped immensely, if little nauseous and we had to put her in the front. But, otherwise she was happy alone in the back seat with her "things."

I have been pleasantly surprised at how my family's bladders have synchronized as we've gotten more trips under our belt! I wish you the same good fortune. :goodvibes It has shaved an hour off our travel time in each direction. :)

I swear, if ds did not have dgs, he would make me wear depends to shave off some time. :lmao:
We are to pack lite, the orders are, which means doing laundry, pick up supplies when we get there.
Sounds like more work and less vacation time to me :hippie:

Hit some heavy rain and traffic for about a half hour around quantico, then stopped for dinner for about an hour in Ashland VA. Back in the road now.

What time do you want to arrive? I would leave after dinner so that you miss the evening rush in Balt/DC, and you would arrive sometime the next morning. :)

Thanks!
I would like to be in WDW by around 1-2pm on Saturday.

So my Mom just called me with great news. We were going to borrow her mini-van for the drive. Well between that and the fact that the car dealership called and offered her a good buy back deal she decided to buy a brand new Town and Country today complete with stow n go seating, roof rack, and DVD player. It also has two captain seats in the middle row which will be better for the kids then the bench seat in her previous van. So now we are even more excited!

If you leave after dinner, you'll make it by then, barring unusual happenings on the road. I just posted on our return that our 2011 T & C got 29 mpg total, which I was thrilled with, considering we take the Cape May-Lewes ferry over and drive a bit of stop and go until we get to Emporia and get on I-95. Remember when packing that you can use the Stow & Go compartment to put bags in, and don't forget smaller bags for the kids to use as footrests so they don't get back fatigue from sitting in their chairs. :goodvibes

ETA: Oops, I also meant to say that one calculator I used says it'll take roughly 17 hours 15 min. to get from Williamstown, NJ (I think that's in Gloucester!) to the MK. That includes 15 min. stops every 2-3 hours. So if you left around 7:30 p.m., you'd arrive at the MK around 12:15 at the earliest. HTH.
