What time do the single rider lines usually open? If the park opens at 8am, what time would you guess Radiator Springs would be open? Or Space Mountain?
My previous experiences were that RSR single rider opened with the ride. I have gone straight to the single rider line at rope drop. Space Mountain used to be inconsistent and almost never opened before 10AM. Now that single rider is an alternate accommodation to DAS though, I think single rider lines for the rides that have them are usually offered all hours.

Space is not always offered. Sometimes they close it if they don’t have the staffing or if the attraction was down for a period of time or sometimes not sure what the reason is … but regardless, if single rider line is not open it’s always worth a try to walk up to the CM staffing the mobility guests and ask—usually they produce the golden ticket! Everyone once in a while the say, “Not right now.”
Going Monday single and looking to take advantage of single rider lines. I was at DL last month and kept my eye out looking for Single Rider lines and Space Mountain was one of the first rides I went on and they did not have the line up at that time. This was before 10AM when I checked though like someone on this thread mentioned .

So it is still inconsistent. We have been by Space a few times now before 10AM and they were taking single riders, so I had hoped they were being consistent about it since it is more prominently advertised. We have noticed that even if there is no CM outside to monitor the Incredicoaster single rider line during the first hour or two the park opens, you can usually just enter through the single rider gate and walk down the ramp and be guided by someone down near the ride. We usually see a smattering of guests heading in first thing in the morning as we walk over to Toy Story. I could be remembering wrong, but I feel like Incredicoaster single rider is another one you used to have to wait until later in the morning such as 10AM to use.
Was at both parks today. Both parks were PACKED! Like many said, I guess Mondays are the new Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays because that's what it felt like!
Did many single rider lines:
Space Mountain- Went on it before 11 AM. There was so pole thing that said single rider line but they definitely had it because I was in it. Got in quickly when the standby line was around an hour I think.
Indiana Jones- Went on it before 11 AM. Like with SM, no pole indicating if there was a single riders line but I asked and it also saved me a ton of time as the wait for standby was 70 minutes.
Matterhorn- Went on it before 11:30 AM. Had a single riders sign. It was not as fast it normally had been for me but still saved time.
Radiator Springs- Went in the later afternoon. Had a single riders sign. Wait was 45-50 minutes. Standby line was 2hour10 minutes!
Soarin- They have no single riders sign or pole. Long wait. Apparently one of the screens was down so the employees said it's taking them twice as long to get people in. I had to check back 3 times to see if they had a single riders line and the first 2 times they said they were full of single riders and to keep checking back. Finally went back at around 5 or so and it was like an hour to get on the ride. Was 110 minutes I believe for standby.
