What time do the food booths normally open up? TIA

Kiosks normally open up around 11am and close with the fireworks at 9pm (won't be open during/after Harmonious). At one festival (can't remember which one) a kiosk was open at 9am and served a few breakfast options.

I think that's the one before Japan, Isla Fresca and had breakfast arepas. but Isla Fresca was F&G this year. I don't see it on the F&W lineup.

They open generally when World Showcase opens, which is typically 11:00 a.m.

Thats what I recall in past years. It will all depend on what time they open WS.
