Was wondering if its possible to walk up to a stand to get a dole whip or a hot dog, or do I need the app for all food ordering. thank you

Dole Whip there is one window available for ordering with a CM instead of using Mobile Order. Or at least there was the week I was there in late March. I'm not sure where you get hot dogs from, but many of the small snack stands don't offer Mobile Order, so those would be walk up.

Friar's Nook in Fantasyland has hot dogs right now and they are walk up only.
