We're heading to Orlando for our honeymoon the second week of November. We're mainly doing Universal, but we thinking of swinging over to Epcot for a day if F&W will still be going on. Does anyone have any pretty good guesses on dates for this years festival?

The last 2 years, it has closed either November 12 or 13. I would guess a similar date this year.

They have started in August the last several years (august 29 this year maybe?). Can't see them missing those days. November 11 looks like a good guess.

Last year it was Aug 30-Nov 12. Chances are pretty good it will be in that time frame again since they aren't likely to shorten the length of time. Always a chance they will add a week in August, but for now I'll say most likely Aug 30-Nov 11.

I'm going to cross my fingers for the 11th and we'll just start our trip off with Epcot since we fly in on the 8th!

You should be in good shape! They have been ending the festival right about Veterans Day weekend, no reason to think it will be any different this year. Hopefully the official dates will be released soon!

I am hoping it is going on in early September .I have never been and I am celebrating my 45th birthday

Expect Epcot to be really busy those last couple of days.
I expect it to be. But with it just being me and him and not having our kids, I don't see us being too bent out of shape over it. We are pretty go-with-the-flow and chill types.

It will be :) For a while it was September thru November, and then they started extending it into August. There's no reason to believe they'll cut back the number of weeks.

Is there any predictable pattern to Party for the Senses dates? Air on JetBlue just came out for October and it’s super cheap so I want to grab it. Our preferred dates are Oct 4-7 but we could also go Oct 11-14 or Oct 18-21. Is it likely PFTS will be offered all of those dates? That one event is a must for us

So you got me curious and I looked - the last two years it has been one Saturday in September (the second to last in both years), the first 3 Saturdays in October, and then one Saturday in November the weekend that the festival closes.

I looked back too and I think this same thing. It seems it’s always at least the first 3 Saturday’s in October plus one earlier and then one in November. I am going to be annoyed if I lock in the air then no PFTS. It’s our favorite event and we missed last 2 years.
