Looks good despite being a little disappointed in the end. I have done lunch and dinner but not breakfast there. The getting in the park early would have sold me tho.
Yes, having a pre-park opening ADR definitely has its advantages. And BoG would be less expensive than the other two breakfast options (Crystal Palace and CRT).
Nice update on your BOG breakfast, even with the stone cold pastries. At least there was an upside - the attractions! You did a lot before 1!
I'm going to follow you on instagram, I could use some Disney food photos on my phone

I really only follow 7 people, 3 of whom are family members lol.
Have fun in Austin!
Yes, the pre-park opening breakfast did pay off for me that morning.

Oh, and thanks for following me on IG. Hope you enjoyed the Austin food. As of today, I'm now back to posting Disney food photos so I hope you'll stick around for those.
Great review on BOG... I'm trying to decide if it's worth us bothering with this at all. I'm not a huge fan of lunch or dinner there... breakfast looks expensive but maybe we could just share one... I don't know what to do.
Sharing is a good idea, Kristy!
Following you on Instagram. Good review on BOG, I don't think it's with the money myself.
Unless you are wanting to enter the park early (in which case this is the least expensive breakfast option), then you are probably right that it's not worth the money. Especially now that they've raised the prices.
I tried the Quiche Lorraine at the French bakery in October and it was really good. I don't find anything on the BOG breakfast menu to tempt me to go there. But it would be great to get a head start on the rides at MK.
I didn't have the quiche from the French bakery on this trip, which makes me sad.
Have a lovely trip to see your daughter

I definitely intend booking a breakfast at BOG next year if the terms stay the same as we are on the QSDP for the first time and it looks amazing compared to the resort garbage breakfasts that you tend to get.
Yes, the BoG breakfast would definitely be a great value with the QSDP!
Have a great time in Austin and enjoy the time with your daughter. Will check out your instagram to see what you eat. My brother lives there and we try and visit at least once a year. They without question have one of the best food scenes in the country.
We ate quite well in Austin!
Were there characters at the Sci Fi Dine In breakfast?
No, no characters.
Yum! Awaiting your return!
Next review coming right up!
A little late but I am definitely jumping in! Love your reviews
Hi there!

Thanks for jumping in!
Monsieur Paul looks delicious! It looks like you had a fabulous start to your trip.
We have considered trying BOG breakfast but haven't made it over there yet. The price jump is a huge disappointment and I doubt that I will ever want to pay that price out of pocket.
Yes, I was surprised that they raised the prices so soon after starting this breakfast. And a relatively large increase, especially on the kids' price.
Hi Barb, hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving in Austin. I'm sure it was nice to visit your daughter. I was definitely drooling at all of your food pics. Seems like there are a lot of awesome local spots!
Thanks, we had a great time in Austin! It was wonderful to spend the week with our daughter. Thankfully she is coming home for Christmas. Otherwise I might have kidnapped her and brought her home with me.
Enjoying your Instagram Austin photos, looks like a fun trip! I love the idea of getting in MK early which may make BOG worth the price of breakfast??? Heck my family spent $50 at Cracker Barrel for breakfast this weekend!
Glad you enjoyed the Austin photos! And I feel your pain regarding the price of eating out as a family. After doing so for a week in Austin with a family of 6 (we also had my niece with us who lives in Austin), I'm kind of dreading the arrival of our credit card bill.
