foggy snowglobe

Hi, I have a question, maybe you can help. Sometime last year I ordered a snowglobe online. The platform the characters are standing on inside the snowglobe has never been level, it has always been a little tilted. Now, the water inside the globe has become very foggy. Has this happened to you before? Do you know who I can try contacting to see if I can send it in for repair? I can't even seen to find a phone number or email to ask anyone??
