Flying w/Pal Mickey

Has anyone brought their Pal Mickey back to WDW? My son would love to bring his back to WDW on our upcoming trip, but if there are "issues" at the airport, I am not sure I want to.

Any experiences w/flying back to WDW with him? Thanks in advance

Haven't flown with a pal mickey, but my daughters has a bear with sound maker inside it. Just make sure you son knows if he's carrying pal mickey it will have to be x-rayed. (we asked and TSA let my daughter peak around and see what her bear looked like on the x-ray monitor). They were very nice about asking her to make the bear talk (I guess to make sure it was a voicebox inside it). I knew they would probably do this and had already prepared my daughter so it wouldn't upset her. She thought it was cool.

We flew SWA with two Pal Mickey's in our carry on's no problems.

In November 03 we flew home with him in carryon, and in November 04 he flew both ways in carryon. Not a problem with US Airways.

We are flying SWA and I hadn't even thought about where we would put him. We drove last time when we bought him. Good thing that someone else thought of it.

He just keeps saying that he wants a window seat.

He was a carry on, and no issues at all.

Thanks for the info everyone. Since I am no longer worried about having him taken away and not returned, my son will just carry him on then.
