It was the best domestic airline of them all. You used to get nice meals - I had lobster once - with real knives and forks, napkins, etc. Plus they would give you all the wine you wanted. Recently, though, they've cut that out in order to remain competitive.
But you still get leather seats, with four in a row instead of five so that there's extra butt room. And on most flights they bake and serve chocolate chips cookies, and they'rer still warm when they hand them out.
I'd pay a little extra to fly Midwest. At half the price of American, it's a no-brainer.
