Flying in late, car rental question

We'll be arriving at MCO around 10:30pm this year. Does that pose a problem for getting a rental car? Or are do they all stay open til later?

The onsite rental agencies are open 24/7. You should not have a problem if you are using one of those.

Hertz is also open 24/7. What agency are you using? You might want to check with your agency also for the current hours when you go.

Probably going with either Budget or Avis. Anyone have late evening experiences with them?

Yes, we have used both Budget and Avisat midnight and after. The lines are usually minimal (although every now and then there is a late night crowd), so it's generally a pain-free experience. Even if you use Hertz, the bus is right outside waiting no matter what the hour.
