Has anyone travelled with bmibaby from east midlands to cdg if so could you please tell me how long the flight was and any other information as i am doing this flight in september and i am a really nervous flyer:eek: so all information would help

Thanks

I use bmibaby from East Midlands to CDG each time I go to DLRP.

The flight takes just under one hour usually, so by the time you've taken off, the trolley dolly has come round to offer a drink/snack etc, then come round again to pick up any rubbish, its time to put the tables and seats back up, and you're into your descent.

When you get to CDG, you just follow the exit/baggagerie signs (or just follow everyone else, as theres only one exit at terminal 1).

Is there anything else specific about the flight/either airport I can help with?

Thanks for the info elaine:flower3:
Im just a really nervous flyer so like to be prepared for what im letting my self in for and cause ive never flown from east midlands or with bmibaby i was starting to get abit worried.
Did you use the tgv to get from the airport to dlp or the VEA?

Thanks

I find the TGV isn't at a convenient time for the early morning flight from East Midlands, so I use the VEA to get from CDG to DLRP, and then get the TGV for the return journey.

oh I really sympathise with you, I'm a really nervous flyer too ! We usually fly from Newcastle and when we went in June our flight was delayed and by the time it arrived I was ready not to get on it ! I don't know if your nerves make you feel sick at all but I've invested in the acupuncture travel bands and they are marvellous, they really help me. Our flight is a little longer than yours and I actually told them when I boarded this time around that I was terrified and I have to admit the flight attendants were really good, they continually checked I was ok during the flight and came over and had a chat with me before we took off and I have to admit it did make me feel a little bit better about the whole thing! My whole family can't believe I make such a drama out of the whole thing but I really am terrible and up until recently I used to have to take something by my gp to settle my nerves.

Good luck xx
