I'm a new member to DISboards and I thought I would share a dining experience with you. October 2nd was my 10th wedding anniversary, so my husband and I made reservations at the Flying Fish. We were seated promptly at our ADR time and given a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary. The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch. The restaurant was extremely busy, but our server never made us feel rushed. If I recall correctly, our server was Michael.
The next day we received a voicemail from the manager of the Flying Fish thanking us for dining at their establishment. I have to say that the extra steps that were taken goes a long way with customers.
This was not our first time at the Flying Fish and I'm sure it won't be the last. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the Flying Fish on the Boardwalk.
