Never been here before and am thinking of giving it a try on my next trip. How is the food? What about the service? What is "Warm Valrhona Chocolate Galette- dark chocolate gelato"?

Favorite and most consistent restaurant on disney property. The service and food have always been spot on. We have dined here 10+ times and have had wonderful meals every time.

Probably the best food preperation of any of the signatures. The dish you mentioned is a chocolate "cake" with chocolate ice cream very good if you like chocolate. Highly reccomended and my favorite Disney restaurant.

Flying Fish is fantastic. The potato wrapped snapper is great. I also recommend the crab cakes and the scallops. Fantastic service.

If I remember correctly, the chocolate galette was rich, kind of like a flourless chocolate cake. I think the dark chocolate gelato was served in a seperate dish, on the side of the plate? I'm not sure of this, as we were on the dining plan for 7 days, and I had a different chocolate dessert every night. I may have this one confused with another.
