I have to agree about the awesome Shrimp Po Boy. We may never eat at Pizzafari ever again.

Your Animal Kingdom day looks great! Finding Nemo is fine, but Lion King is best. I think it's all that original music in Finding Nemo the Musical. It's more fun to know the songs. Although I do think it would be interesting if they made a special edition of Finding Nemo the movie that included all the original songs from the musical.

Happy Birthday to Alek. I would think that after the Princess cake and My Little Pony, Toy Story would be delightful.

Alek loves all his cakes, he even keeps the figurines from the cakes on the shelf above his computer.

We had breakfast at the Tusker house in August and it was delicious and fun. I love both Nemo and Lion King and try to do both. We are probably going to give the bird show a try in May; I don't like birds but Frank loves birds.

The bird show is fun, just don't sit in the middle of the crowd...

Thank you for the funny pictures of Alek over the years and his birthday cake for this year!! I love it! I particularly like thinking about his My Little Pony cake -- that's hilarious!!

Your AK day sounds great. We haven't tried Tusker House since it went to a TS but it's hard to ruin breakfast!

Maybe I missed the post, but what about Flame Tree BBQ? They have great food (chicken, pork) and if you go all the way down the hill you can get a seat down by the water overlooking Expedition Everest. (We saw a small alligator there one time, too!!) If you don't go all the way down, there is a enchanting lily pond with tables all around that too.

Both are great places to sit, eat and feel like you are getting away from the crowds, plus don't forget the choc mousse and key lime pie mousse desserts. They are surprisingly good for a CS.

Enjoy Chef Mickeys -- you'll have fun! Food is hot and good (not great, but definitely good).

Flame Tree has never really been an option mostly due to my picky eating. Looking at the menu though it looks like they might have stuff I would eat. The sides don't really appeal though, baked beans and coleslaw, yuck!

Day 4

Our first Epcot day of the trip. We will be returning to Epcot the next day as well as I want to make sure that I have lots of time to take pictures of all the Flower and Garden stuff before it gets taken away. We will be visiting during the last few days of the festival, I hope everything looks just as nice as at the beginning. Mom and I got to experience the Festival back in 2009, Alek and Erich have never been. I am so sure that they will be super excited about all the flowers and topiaries.

We will of course arrive at the park for rope drop after eating breakfast in the room.

Our usual plan of attack is to head over to Soarin' first thing with the rest of the crowds in what the brothers have dubbed the "Soarin parade". The guests are the participants and the CM's are the observers, a bit of role reversal.

After that who knows. Maybe over to The Seas to see Turtle Talk. We saw it back in 2007 and thought it was hilarious.

Or maybe we will head to the Character Spot for some photos.

The only set plan for the morning is an early lunch at Le Cellier. This might change depending on how much the lunch menu changes once the restaurant switches over to being Signature. Hopefully since it is only dinner that is changing they will leave the lunch menu alone.

After lunch we will stroll around World Showcase. I would love to catch some performances, especially the World Showcase Players. We have never seen the Beatles in England or any of the other little acts in Mexico, Italy and Japan so it would be nice to seem those as well. Maybe Alek and Erich will get picked to participate in one of the shows!

We will have to stop in at the new Caramel shop in Germany, those desserts look sinfully delicious! I would also love to grab a Cloudberry Horn from the Norway bakery.

As you can see we are pretty relaxed when it comes to our touring, we don't really go in with a set plan, we just go with the flow and are smart about fastpasses.

I have dinner at Via Napoli scheduled. We have been dying to try this since the first reviews came out. I am hoping that it will live up to it's reputation. I have had real Italian pizza so no worries about being "surprised" when it comes out a bit different than the usual North American pizza.

We may finish the night off with Illuminations or we may just head back to the hotel after dinner.


PS: I got my new camera today! I'll probably post a few pictures in the next few days.

We dunked the camera in Erich's fish tank. I was so nervous and excited at the same time. His fish weren't too happy with us and did not want to cooperate.

I'm hoping to stopy by to say hi to everyone...won't stay long but it's pretty cool to see people in person that you've been writing to.

I haven'tseen Edna and Romeo although I know all about Beth being Edna !!!I've seen the Beatles and Loved it I wont say anymore as I am hoping you will get as big a kick out of it as I did !!! Let me know all about it !! I have also seen the Holy Graille !!! The Bros would make excellent choices for any of the parts wellll maybe not Edna !!!
