Florida Tours and tipping....HELP!!!!!!

I am using Florida Tours for our land/sea trip in December. The trip is a surprise to my children so the least amount of frustration the better. They have been highly recommended by some. Has anyone had any trouble that was beyond their (FLTOURS) control?

Also, When tipping should I tip each person on all the legs and not at once? Would I have the same driver all three times? If I do tip separately would I take the total and divide by three times 20%?

Sorry for all the questions...just want to make sure I dont mess this up!!!!

I've only used FL Tours to and from the airport, but I tip for each leg of the trip. I take 20% of the cost and divide by 2, so in your case you would divide by 3 to tip for each leg of your trip.
