Florida Resident discounts?

My parents will most likely be purchasing a condo in FL this winter and will spend about a 1/3 of their time living in FL. Do they qualify as "Florida Residents" and be able to get discounts at WDW as such? Just curious....

Yes, they will qualify. My in-laws decided to buy a house here and do the snowbird thing. They got a Florida state ID with their Florida address (I think it cost a whole $3) and are now the proud owners of Florida resident annual passes.

Hi, my parents also do the snowbird thing.. They just renewed their annual passes and using just a utility bill with their FL address were able to get the FL resident passes.
