Can someone answer a question for me? Are their Florida Resident Rates for campsites? If so, do you know how much it would be in February, probably 1st week?
All I could find are Florida resident rates only good from 4/19/09 to 6/9/09 and on premium sites only for $88.00 per night and $199.00 a night for the cabins.
Florida Resident discounts are offered from time to time. But they only offer a limited number of them. At the time you make your reservation you can inquire about any discount such as Fl Res, Passholder, AAA.

Excellent time to go, smaller crowds and good rates. I paid 41.00 a night for a partial hookup.
I think the full hookup was about 55.00 a night, 60.00 for preferred and 70.00 for premium. This of course was for 2009 and was for Florida Passholder rate. I would secure your dates through AAA then go to Mousesavers.com for the latest on discounts with codes. If they beat AAA, you can go through Disney Reservations with code in hand, a win, win situation. Often times the Disney discounts don't show up until the last minute, so watch up until the time you reach your AAA cancellation period.
Depending on the economy.......2010 might be better rates or higher rates. Personal I wouldn't mind paying a little more because the economy has turned around.
Thank you everyone for your replies. I have gone ahead and made my reservations, it will be my husbands first time and my first time in about 30 years at the Fort. We were wondering about the Florida Discounts because my inlaws live in Tampa and were thinking about coming over also. I will keep an eye on it.
On another level, it doesn't seem they have many sites in the partial loops, all I can find is 2 loops.
