Carlos is from my hometown- and I spoke with his mom at length at the Miss state game about him and our hometown. She is a wonderful, kind person. His dad--- Yeah, I'd be scared of him. Dude is BIG.

I feel bad for our fans, the team and his parents.

I personally hope that Dunlap doesn't get drafted (or if he does, that it's way lower than he was expected to get drafted.) Not that everything that happened last night was his fault, because it wasn't - Florida was outmatched, but one of my friends said he wouldn't want to coach him and I wouldn't want to be his teammate because I couldn't trust him.

No, I don't think the NFL will care about it...that doesn't mean I can't care about it and hope it drops him at least a few positions.

I don't think it is a trust issue....ashamed to admit, in college at UF many of us drove when we shouldn't have....A LOT. Back in the day GPD followed you home, made you pull over and sleep it off, etc...not anymore. I am so thankful he did not hurt anyone, but I wish him ALL the best in the future....he deserves it, and he was a key issing point last night.

I guess the Gators got washed out to sea by a Crimson Tide.

Congrats to Alabama! Their defense was amazing. They obviously remembered last year's SEC championship game and were determined to not let it happen again. They played with more passion than Florida, who, I think became a bit complacent after being ranked #1 all year.

Add that Florida played 1 ranked team all year (LSU) before that game... They aren't that great of a team. They beat up on a weak SEC (no teams other than the big 3 finished above 7-5). The conference as a whole is starting to turn into a joke with the non-conference scheduling. Over half of the teams in the SEC didn't play a BCS opponent in non-con.
