Flordia West Coast Trip

Hi, We are flying into Tampa in Feb and want to spend 3 nights checking out the west coast before we head to family in Boca Raton. I was thinking of spending my first night in Clearwater and doing that area first (want to see the mantees) We want to go to Siesta Key and travel down to Naples before heading East. Where is a good location to spend my next two nights? Would you break them up to two different locations or just pick a spot and explore from there? It will just be Dh & myself so packing up will be real easy. Thanks

Is there a spot somewhere between Naples and Siesta Key that you could sort of "centralize" yourself in? I am not too famiilar with the southwest coast of Florida.
