We are sailing on the 9 night Southern Caribbean that departs on 7/21 and have connecting rooms on deck 2 midship. It has been reported many times that they are using deck 2 as a Covid quarantine floor, and on the facebook group for our cruise we have seen many people post that they have been moved to other areas of the ship. In many instances receiving an upgrade in the process. At this moment we have not been moved while I have seen people with room in front and behind us being moved. Considering we are just 10 days out should I still expect to me moved? What options do I have as I really don't want to be on deck 2 if they are using it as a Covid quarantine floor? Just seems to me if we were going to get moved it would of happened by now. Appreciate any insight.

They are using deck 2 for guests, only some rooms on that level are taken for quarantine. I believe it's deck2 forward being used for quarantine, though that could change. While there is a chance you'll be moved, I would not necessarily expect it.

People were quarantining in their rooms on other floors on the 6/11-6/18 Fantasy sailing, including on Decks 9 and 10. This was something not disclosed to passengers by the ship, only revealed in Facebook posts. So I'm not sure people are being moved as often now as they were before to a quarantine section. That area was roped off/closed off as well during our cruise, so I of course don't have perfect information, but it doesn't appear to be "COVID test = proceed directly to Deck 2, the Quarantine Deck"

All of my family was on Deck 2 mid-ship and was moved...but we didn't book until late, so our room was never on 2. They were Deck 2 midship - not forward. I'm not sure I would expect to be moved at this point...they were moved around 30 days out. We got our GTY on Thursday...so they've probably locked down everyone but the real last minute bookers at this point. But I suppose it's possible...

On Dream/Fantasy cruises earlier this year, deck 5 was also used for quarantined guests.
