Float in Aulani Lagoon

Looks like a float has been added to lagoon since we were there last. It also looks like it has a gangway from rock breakwater on 4 seasons side to gain access from land.

Just wonder what this is all about. Can anyone access this or is it restricted for events or...?

We saw a wedding on the Four Seasons property and the wedding party was down on it, so I assumed it was their property but didn't confirm that with anyone. It's kinda ugly :/
