Flights through MS

WHen I called MS the other day, I noticed for the first time that that had a choice in their automated system for airline flights. Has anyone every booked their flight through MS? WHat was your experience?

MS has always offered us a travel service. I have found they get very good airline prices, sometimes better than what comes up on-line directly from the different airlines. I've also gotten good car rental prices through them. It's very convenient to let them package everything together, like a travel agency.

We booked our air this past year through MS and it worked out fine. They are like using a travel agent. The prices were about the same as through the airline directly, but I enjoy MS service and how they package everything. They even sent us a notice when our flight times changed slightly. We'll use them again.
