Flight to Orlando - what is the ideal time to leave?

BTW - we like to park at Winner Parking at PHL. You drive your car to their parking lot. Then they dire you IN YOUR OWN CAR (no need to unload) and drop you off at curbside checkin. When you return, call them and they will pick you up in your own vehicle. You can either then go back to the parking lot or for a few extra dollars leave directly from the airport. Get a coupon. Great service.

We like earlier morning flights as well. We tried to get the 8:20 am flight out the last time. But ended up taking the 10:10 flight because we thought we would be rushed. Guess what we were up at 6am twiddling our thumbs. Other than hubby getting stuck in the elevator and the fire dept coming. Then we never would have made it on time. (for the 8:20 flight) So it goes to person preference. For me 20.00 more per person X 5 is 100.00 I would take the later flight.

Make sure you feel ok with them driving your car. I used them once, the guy was fine, but I was slightly uneasy letting a "stranger" drive my vehicle. I'm sure it was just me...those guys have to be insured and/or bonded.

The other thing to keep in mind is that if there are 4 of you plus luggage, you would then need 5 seats plus luggage. Not sure what kind of vehicle you have, but for some, that might not be an option.
