Trying to use flaxseed more. How do you incorporate it into your diet?
I tried these whole wheat pancakes and added 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed plus 2 tbsp. milk and they came out great! I also didn't have buttermilk so I just used skim milk and 1 tsp. vinegar. but the downside is very gassy. Someone suggested adding cinnamon. I did it for a while and then forgot. I should try again. (this is not the seed kind, looks like ground black pepper).
It's sold by my local grocery in the bulk food bin.
